Our rates for the 2009 seasons are as follows:

Holidays include Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week and 4th of July week. A week runs from Friday at 4 PM to the following Friday at 10 AM.
There is a $125.00 cleaning fee on all reservations. A $300.00 security deposit is due upon check in. Ask us about our special mid-week only rates.
A 50% deposit is due 7 days after reservation is made and balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Please read our Policies and Conditions page before booking.
